Representatives of Chinese companies - CEO of "Severremstroy" LLC Sun Deqing and CEO of Heihe trading company of import and export of machinery Zhang Ming Hsieh visited Nerungri.

The Chinese delegation was accompanied by the Deputy Permanent Representative of Yakutia in the Far Eastern Federal District Oleg Smirnov. He spoke on the Chinese positive experience of the housing construction in the Amur Region and Yakutia.

Preliminary acquaintance of settlements’ heads and Chinese business representatives was in Nerungi district administration. District head Andrei Fitisov announced his guests’ intentions to get acquainted with conditions and upcoming construction plans and offered to the representatives of settlements to consider their suggestions.

An agreement between Nerungi district administration, the heads of settlements Berkakit, Silver Forest, Chulman and “Severremstroy” was made about attracting investment and probable participation in the construction of residential buildings on the program “Resettlement from emergency housing facilities for 2013-2015”.

The Parties have agreed that the LLC “Severremstoy” prepares housing projects, participates in an open auction for housing construction under the program “Resettlement from emergency housing facilities for 2013-2015”. Neryungri administration is obliged to promptly notify the LLC “Severremstroy” about possible changes in the program and guarantees to assist in obtaining a quota for foreign labor for 2015.

LLC “Severremstroy” is registered on the territory of the Russian Federation. On the assurances of foreign experts, the quality of construction will meet the needs of the customer, construction time of low-rise buildings (3-5 floors) will take a few months. The price may vary downward due to direct supplies of modern building materials from China.

The businessmen visited villages Chulman, Silver Forest and Berkakit at the invitation of the settlements’ heads, where they familiarized with prospective volumes and construction sites, according to the information center of the Permanent Mission of Yakutia on FEFD.
