The plot of this story is that the Republic Hunting Department held a competition for the allocation of hunting grounds in Tompon area in 2010. The competition was held in March 17, and in 30 there was an order of the Republic Government "On the conclusion of agreements on provision of areas, necessaryforuse by animals" with Integrated Agricultural Production enter "Tompo." In other words, «Tompo” got the lands, although the Evenk community "Revival of traditional crafts” also filed an application for the right to rent the land in the contest.
Disagree with the decision of the department, considering it improper and prejudicial to their rights as minorities of the North, the community members filed a petition to the Arbitration Court. The last ruled in favor of the community "Revival", but the Department of hunting appealed this decision. Litigation reached the Republic Constitutional Court, where Paul Koryakin, a member of the "Revival" community came to seek the truth.
It is worth noting, that "Tompo" had right to lease the hunting grounds on 3 million hectares area ended in 2009, and "Revival of traditional crafts" filed application for ownership by the land - or 900 thousand hectares, to be accurate, the same year.
How the struggle of the North indigenous peoples with each other for a piece of land ends, will be known in November 20 — the final decision of the Republic Constitutional Court will be announced that day.
