Negotiations of the AEB Board Chairman Ludmila Nikolaeva with vice-president of Hokkaido Bank Mr. Masahiro Sasahara took place in the framework of Yakutia investment potential presentation "Yakutia-Hokkaido: Investment Opportunities" in the city of Sapporo.

At a meeting, head of Bank "Almazergienbank" in Vladivostok Agnes Simonova with the head of JSC «Hokkaido Bank, Ltd." Mr. Yukio Tenma discussed prospects for inter-bank cooperation, exchange information in the field of banking services and technologies, establishment of correspondent relations, assistance in the development of foreign economic activity of clients.

At the visit, the delegation of the Republic signed a number of memoranda of understanding with a view to establish effective cooperation in exchange of information and consulting services, as well as attract business partners, cooperate in infrastructure construction and attract investment for the development of joint work in the sphere of agriculture and to strengthen cooperation in the field of business development in Yakutia with the technology of Japanese companies.

As a result of dialogue, the parties confirmed their intention to promote the development of business cooperation of Japan and the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) further.
