Last week the RF Ministry of Education and science held a workshop to review the application of the Republic to the International mathematical Olympiad of students in 2020 in Yakutsk, the press service of the Ministry of education of the Republic reports. 

9-10 September saw the meeting in the Government, the Ministry of education of the Republic of Kalmykia and in the Kalmyk state University. The head of the Department of pedagogy of the University, The student and colleague of the famous scientist, researcher ethnopedagogical science G. N. Volkova, Ph. D., Professor A. Pankin actively support establishing contacts between the republics of active support from 
Substantive and meaningful dialogue took place in the Kalmyk Institute of Philology and Oriental studies. Colleagues expressed deep interest in the experience of Yakutia on the implementation of language policy. We have a common problems: issues of philological education in the context of multilingualism and multicultural space, the content of ethno-national education, conservation epics of the world, etc.

In turn, the interest of the delegation of the Republic caused the work of the University for international cooperation – there are students from 38 foreign countries and 15 regions of Russia, which indicates a rich experience of colleagues in teaching foreign students.

The delegation also visited Elista multidisciplinary Lyceum for talented students specialized in 4 areas, a new kindergarten for 220 seats, the Center of chess. Learning chess from grade 1 contributes to the high achievements at the global, national level.

11 September in Moscow was held a meeting of Minister of education of Sakha(Yakutia) V. F. Gabyshev with experts in the field of education on the conceptual issues and priority areas of development of domestic education.
