The representatives of the Chinese investment companies and engineering institutions visited the technical park to explore opportunities to participate in major construction projects in Yakutia.
According to the delegation member, Technopark presentation has changed his views on Yakutia potential in the development of high-tech: "Now, our companies, together with the State Development Bank of China, plan to invest in your republic. In the future, the development of local IT companies will be one of the most important areas of investment activity, so the Chinese enterprises have a great desire to participate in the development of enterprises in the Far East." He noted "a good concept of development of projects based on local raw materials” after becoming acquainted with the products of the residents, in particular, the use of zeolite in construction.
Resident of Technopark, the company "Nordex" currently offers to invest into its project to produce material "Tseolitopor." The new technology allows to use zeolite of load-bearing structures in construction and at the same time – for warmth. The material is very light, does not burn, does not absorb moisture; it can be mixed with cement and concrete manufacturing, and cast virtually weightless building blocks out of it. According to the director Dmitry Pavlov, tseolitopora has no direct competitors: it’s a unique material from local raw materials, combining such features as a minimum coefficient of thermal conductivity and high strength.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the investment management company in Heilongjiang Mr. Liu Li stressed that the projects had made a great impression on him, as well as a young, creative team of Technopark: "I see the future of Yakutsk through you and your achievements. No doubt, the future of your city is bright."
