Weather makes situation complex. For example, Kyrgyday village made only 20 tons of hay instead of 1150 tons, forecasted to date. The plan of harvesting is 2350 tons. In Nurba ulus, 550 hectors of farmland are flooded, as well as 40 tons of harvested hay. In Abyi area, grasslands are flooded because of heavy rains. At the plan of 2700 tons of hay, only 134 tons have been harvested in July 27, which is 0,05%.

In order to support forage campaign, the republic government decided to allocate municipal and urban districts from budget 40 million rubles for organization of harvesting roughage in the form of other intergovernmental transfers. Funds are sent to municipal and urban districts with the number of cattle and horses in amount of 500 and more conditional animals as of January 1, 2015.
